When I first started with Marie, I had a lot of negative feelings about my life in relationships, friends, job, money, and success, believing my shortcomings and personality caused me to lose jobs and not have support.
I tried college but it was very overwhelming and expensive, and the job process seemed too difficult.
Soon after my coaching sessions started, I landed not one but two jobs!. I’ve become more active, and committed to a work schedule. My body and mind are starting to engage consistently. I knew I had to get to work even when it was difficult. In fact I have not taken a day off since I started!”

I was referred to Marie by someone I trusted because I wanted healthier habits. Not long after we worked together, I started to put exercise into my routine, and with that came more energy. Having anxiety was a burden on my life, so I went to Marie for coaching to lower my anxiety. Working with my coach was certainly helpful for me. She helped me reduce my overall anxiety which I am grateful for. Also, my daily habits which included exercise changed for the better.
