This 12 week journey entails getting to understand what you really want, and the obstacles in your way. It’s an exploration of your unique life: what fills you up, generates energy and motivation. We’ll also look at what isn’t working for you. During these sessions we’ll start to build a bridge towards goals that will get you closer to what you truly desire. Together we will create manageable action steps geared for inevitable success in your current life. Finally, we’ll dive deep into how to internalize new and healthier mindsets, attitudes, and routines so that they become lasting habits of the person you are truly becoming.
Life Experienced Jump Start into Motivation & Action
This 6 week venture uses the same principals of the 12 week program but focuses on increasing your motivation, so that you can take action towards the direction you already want to be moving in. Together, we’ll ensure action steps that will be successful in your current lifestyle and situation, and pair it with the motivation that works for you.
Experience the Power of Positivity in Life
This 3 week path is all about learning to see your current situation or struggle as an opportunity for growth, exploration and options. We will work together to get curious about perceptions, expectations and realities in order to find positivity and peace in even the most difficult circumstances.
